interdisciplinary and immersive experiences for the 21st century audiences.

- Offer meaningful experiences full of hope and reflection to the audience. Creating in a way which can deeply touch and bring positive experiences and memories.
- Create a sense of community around our organisation and during our performances. Bringing people coming from different cultures, with different backgrounds, identities and stories together on stage, in the audience and around our foundation.
- Work on long-term basis with deaf and hearing imparied performers creating interdisciplinary productions as well as series of workshops together. Bridging the gap between the less able-bodied artists (and audiences) and the able-bodied majority using cutting edge digital technologies.
- Develop new and original artistic aesthetic of our own with the help of the newest digital technologies.
- Relate to the natural world around us, by creating performances in the most sustainable way possible, eliminating air travel and reduciing transport in general, avoiding the use of any harmful materials to the environment as much as possible (in set design, costume materials, catering), reducing power consumption of light, video and audio equipment wherever possible. Contributing to the global effort to reduce the fossil fuel production and emissions.
- Relate to the other people around us, by collaborating with other organisations, because we believe that working together greatly enriches all the parties involved, therefore, ultimately a performance. Teamwork allows for reaching higher artistic and professional level.
- Create a safe, inclusive and diverse working environment in which everyone feels valued and respected. Always implementing the Culture Governance Code, Fair Practice Code, Diversity & Inclusion Code and Dutch Collective Labor Agreement for Theater and Dance.
